B: Fire Breath - Bowser's Fire Breath move can be performed by simply pressing B. His Fire Breath is aimed at a downward angle. If you continue to hold B, then Bowser will continue spewing out flames. However, the breath will get weaker over time and will eventually become dead.
Smash B: Koopa Claw - If the enemy is close enough to you, Bowser will grab and bite the opponent rather than claw him. Boy has he got some sharp teeth too!
B Up: Whirling Fortress - The Whirling Fortress acts very similar to DK's spin move. Koopa's Spin move is also used as the triple jump. Like DK's Whirling Kong, the Whirling Fortress can hit opponents multiple times.
B Down: Bowser Bomb - It's Bowser's trademark attack from Super Mario Bros. 3! It's very similar to Yoshi's B Down. Press B + Down and Bowser will jump and then come down hard and sit on the enemy.

King Koopa, also known as Bowser, makes his first appearance on the gamecube in Smash Bros. Melee (we don't count his appearance on Luigi's Mansion as one since it wasn't really him... You might notice that some of his moves, like his triple jump, are quite similar to DK's moves. As you can see, Koopa looks like a fierce powerhouse. Donkey Kong finally has some competition for the heavy weight champion award. Here are a few more screenshots of Bowser in various poses. One of them shows Kirby about to be flattened!
